Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your satisfaction is our priority, so simply we promise that if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # or bring into our store.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You may exchange your item for something else if your item is not effected by return exception above.
Products that were purchased on a “No Return Basis” are not included in this guarantee.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

- Major couriers in Australia
No matter how big or small your purchase, we will always use a track-able delivery service to ensure you know exactly where your products are at any time.
We use Australia Post eParcel for most deliveries, as it’s fast and track-able. For large and bulky items we have a range of specialist couriers on call to get your product to you, in most cases by the next day. In any case, you will always be able to locate your purchase.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Sometimes we’ll amend the shipping fee if higher or lower depending on order and we’ll update you further before proceeding if costs are higher.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock if you request this option, otherwise your order will be shipping complete. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
